Yoga has been part of my life since 2011, it has served as a supportive tool and companion - helping to soothe anxiety and expanding me mentally and physically.
My relationship with the practice continues to evolve and adapt through the different phases of my life.
My teaching focus is on restful and restorative practices. I strongly believe it is a rebellious act to let ourselves rest without guilt and to have enough self compassion to be just as we are.

This workshop starts off with some gentle movement and Restorative Yoga set to the rhythm of complementary music, followed by Reiki healing and a deep Yoga Nidra. This nourishing combo is guaranteed to send you into another dimension of relaxation! It's the perfect antidote to stress and a great way to reset and restore.

Community Yin and Yang Yoga
Saturday 11th May (every 2nd Saturday of the month)
Time: 10:30-11:30
Yin & Yang is a creative and rhythmic practice that combines movement and stillness. Starting with gentle longer held poses we will go inwards - connecting to our body and breath, with some mediative yin. This is followed by a steady paced yang flow. This practice aims to balance energy in the body and calm the mind.
